I would wait a day or so, then delete the subscription if the errors
continue.  However, I would *not* quiet delete the subscription.  If
you just delete it, and the subscriber's account is still active, they
will eventually get the death message and will respond.  If you quiet
delete them, it may be a long time before they realise and ask for an
explanation.  Quiet deletion is like punishing someone for something
they have no control over.  If the death message bounces, no matter, it
is only one more error for you.
