Assume that if they change to DUALHDR, they do so FROM the list
default. Check the list header. If they aren't there, then
LISTSERV assume some default. Since I don't know what that is,
you could just unsub/sub/q.

Here's an LDBASE Job that will recover the "relevant, (clearly?)-
written document" (Don't let Natalie critique it -- I hardly passed
English 101.)  Send it to LISTSERV@searn (searn.sunet.se)  --

/* --------------------- clip and save ---------------- */
//ListSrch JOB Echo=no
Database Search DD=Rules
//Rules DD *
S * in lstown-l from 92-08-10 to 92-08-10 where sender contains pmw1
print
/*
//  EOJ
/* --------------------- clip and save ---------------- */

Of course you could replace the "S" line with

S FULLhdr or FULLBsmtp or IETFhdr or SHORThdr or SHORTBsmtp in lstown-l
