Though we aren't always as quick to respond as I like, my staff and I *do*
take Internet abuse quite seriously. I have no compunctions about terminating
the account of someone who spams mailing lists or newsgroups. I don't care if
the user is paying us $1000 a month: abuse is abuse, and it -will- be dealt
with.
