Yes, this is correct.  The posting page is specific to each list, therefore
the logical place to put it is within each list's archives.

LISTSERV will have no way of knowing which list you want to post to.
Subscriber's Corner was originally intended (and still is) to be a gateway
to all the lists that you're subscribed to on a given server, so posting to
a list is only a couple of clicks away.
