I've been doing a little more detective work on this problem.

First, posts sent to the list (CANINE-L for example) directly to
the PCCVM node are posted properly, distributed properly to and by
the PSUVM peer, and generate no error messages (persuming the subscriber
has subbed the list at the PCCVM node, of course).

Posts sent directly to the PSUVM peer are also distributed to the list
OK, but generate the rejection/duplicate error message. The only thing
I can see that _might_ be doing this, from looking at the headers,
is the fact that posts are being frowarded from PSUVM to the PCCVM
list peer addressed to PCCVM.ICC.PCC.EDU. Somehow, a copy of
the post seems to being forwarded back again to PSUVM from PCCVM,
which looks like the cause of the problem.

I don't think the PCCVM.ICC.PCC.EDU node name is active at PCCVM,
although the headers look like mail to it gets handed off to
PCCVM.BITNET. The PCCVM.ICC.PCC.EDU node is unknown/unreachable from
here, although plain PCCVM works just fine.

Am I close? Is there a solution?

Note sample headers attached.

Thanks in advance.
