Security thorugh ignorance, eh? As you say the information has been there
as well as the means to access it. More than a year ago I've written
something to make this information available via gopher. Didn't warn the
administrators though ... more than four years ago I complained about
GLOBAL lists which either duplicated existing names without peering or were
clearly meant for local purposes and thus should have been defined in a
manner which would hide them from the world.
As LISTSERV administrator I always made sure that the owner(s) understand
the concept of the Confidential, Subscription, Review, and Send keywords
and their effect.

P.S.: can't speak how the information is fetched by TILE, all I can say
that it is not as up-to-date as it could be, ie not more than 24 hours old.
