A draft version of a new list keywords document is available from the
DOC filelist at EARNCC.EARN.NET (or EARNCC.BITNET) as:  LISTKEYW TXT
This document could replace the outdated LISTKEYW MEMO.
 
Eric Thomas has made many valuable comments on an earlier draft, not
all of which we have the wisdom to implement. The document is still
based mainly on the VM version of Listserv, as most lists still
operate on that platform.
