I've been asked by some subscribers to my list (CHRISTIA@ASUVM) about how
to start a listserv.  Since I was asked to co-own my list sometime after
it's creation, I have no idea how one starts a list.
 
Could someone point me at the instructions or documentation on starting a
listserv list?
