Entirely variable, depends on how much time you want to put in.
If all you do is handle the error messages an hour a day will most
likely cover it most of the time.  If you personally help all the
subscribers with problems that's extra time, some days you'll get
none, others you'll be flooded (usually when you really don't have
time to do it, and errors are at their worst, but you do it anyway
and to hell with what you should *really* be doing).
 
It takes as much time as you want to put into it.
