Thank you for the clarification.  I will set the REPRO.
All users send and receive only using the domain.com address.  We don't allow Staff Listservs to be subscribed with external addresses.

I will let you know how this shakes out.

If she is using gmail or a service that uses gmail (for example, my
alumni email), she will not receive a copy of her own posts no matter
how the settings are tweaked. My list default is repro, but I set the
gmail addresses to ack instead.
