The error report is indicating who the final recipient was, not who might be subscribed e.g., a forward was setup.
So start scanning for
BANKS
or
XXX.XXX
Sometimes doing NSLOOKUP on XXX.XXX gives add'l info.
If worse comes to worse, solicit LISTSERV maintainer (you?) to create a DISTRIBUTE MAIL job to all list recipients in order to "force" a bounce back to you from the offending "real" subscriber.
Or use the LISTSERV(R) PROBE feature of all recipients (one time).
