Greetings,
 
I have a question regarding message logs for a listserv that I just set up
last week.  The list name is ITPUBS and I have set it with the keywords
File=Yes and  Notebook-Header=Short.  Is there anything else that I need
to do in order for subscribers to be able to access a log of past
messages?  This is a read-only list for the purpose of announcing
publications and activities of the ERIC Clearinghouse on Information and
Technology.  I would like new subscribers to be able to access past
postings so that they don't miss important information.
 
Any help that others can provide will be greatly appreciated!
