It is not only a GMAIL issue. I used to have all my subsrcitions set to
REPRO and this worked fine until MS-Exchange stopped the posts from
coming back to me (Ben explained why).

I'm having Outlook rules in place that move mails from the lists into
different folders. Makes it easy for me to follow the lists
individually. I still wanted to see my own posts in those folders for
completeness. I now have an Outlook rule in place that moves my posts,
i.e. mail sent to list addresses, to the list specific folders. Granted,
this is not a replacement for a conrifmation the post has reached the
list, but this can be done by setting the subscription to an ACK, if
desired.


In addition to setting the list default to REPRO, each subscriber can
decide whether to receive repros by setting his subsription to either
REPRO or NOREPRO. I think that hasn't been mentionde yet in this thread.
