Right, as it is intended for automatic error processing by LISTSERV and
will be forwarded to the owner only if LISTSERV can't figure out the
message.

This message template is in the DEFAULT.MAILTPL file and can be changed if
you like per the instructions in Section 9 of the Owners Manual.
