Hi, everyone.  Have I been asleep?  I have been under the
impression that to subscribe to a Listserv or Listproc list, one
sent the message SUBSCRIBE Listname Your Name .  But I was just
poking around on LSoft's website, where it has its list of LSoft
lists, and the instructions given there are just SUBSCRIBE Listname.
That's true even for my list.  This comes as news to me.  When did
things change?  Will both versions of the instructions continue to
work indefinitely?
 
        I'm asked ALL THE TIME for this kind of info, so I really
need to know.
