I need to change the name of a listserv I administer.

My questions is this....

1) Can I change the name of an existing listserv and create an alias for the old name so that messages go to the new name/list?
2) If I need to create a new list and move the subscribers, can I subscribe the new list to the old list so that any messages sent to the old list will be forwarded to the new list?
