I tried to replaced the default.mailtpl file with a modified version,
but received some error message when accessing the web interface... So,
I deleted the default.mailtpl again and replaced it when a back-up copy
I had made. 

Now Im getting a different error, see below:

Does anyone know what I need to do to make the interface work again?
