The syntax is:
 
*  Owner= owner1@address (real name)
*  Owner= owner2@address (real name)

If all he wants to do is manage files then you don't need to make him an
owner of the list.  You can add the following lines to the begining of
your LISTNAME FILELIST :
 
* +LF1= userid@address /* real name */
* +LF1= userid@address /* real name */
*
* +LF2= userid@address /* real name */
 
where LF1 and LF2 are any three letter File Access Control you want to
setup.
 
Then add the file that that person can maintain with the following line:
 
  FILENAME FILETYPE V ALL LF1 . . . . . name of file
