Below is the original message about the person who could neither
subscribe becasue she was already subscribed nor unsubscribe because
her e-mail address had changed.  I had assumed she couldn't subscribe
because Rev. List Proc. does check the real names on subscriptions.
Joan Korenman doubts this is the case.  Can anyone clarify this?
As you can see below, my description of the case was faulty when I said
the person changed jobs and forgot to unsub.  Sorry, bad memory.

Can anyone tell me who the listowner is?  I didn't keep a record.  I
have a colleague whose institution changed IP addresses and now she
doesn't get AUTOCAT messages.  When she tries to re-subscribe she's
told she already belongs and when she tries to un-subscribe she's
told she doesn't belong!  My colleague wants to contact the listowner
directly.
