I would think that would be quite difficult to do as lists vary a great
deal; what would be considered a horrendous flame on one list could be
business as usual on another.  On some lists whether an item is a flame or
not may depend entirely on the style, no codifiable content you can look
look for to say an item is or is not a flame.  That's part of why there
are listowners.
