1. Is there any way that I can use the "Filter=" (or any other) keyword to
protect a list from most (unidentified) people in a "problem domain", and at
the same time give access to some "trusted" people in the same domain?

2. Is it correct that if I were to filter out *@problem.com
(i.e. "Filter= Also,*@problem.com"), current subscribers in that domain
would not stop receiving mail from the list - they just couldn't post to it
(or send messages to LISTSERV about their subscriptions)? Would that mean
that in addition to not being able to participate in discussions, they
couldn't alter their current subscription settings, no one else from their
domain could subscribe, and when LISTSERV requests that their "renewals",
they would not be able to renew?
