Pete Weiss and Nathan Brindle gave me essentially the same answer to my
problem with storing a MAILTPL file on VM--I needed to create a skeleton file
first before the PUT command would work.  The instructions for creating the
skeleton file are in LSVOWNER FILELIST at Listserv@UBVM written by Jim Gerland.
I haven't been able to complete the task yet but Pete said it worked for him.
