Nope, don't write to the list if you can possiby help it. Usually
writing listname-REQUEST@listhost or [log in to unmask] (if
you don't know the host (this works for non-confidential lists and uses
the GLX feature of LISTSERV)). The -REQUEST goes to all non-quiet
owners.
