Recursive Answer follows:

1) check that specific list subscriber SET options includes REPRO

2) if not, make it so

3) if it is, subscriber may be posting from Gmail (or certain other mail systems) which makes it
difficult to see a copy of their own post; if so, consider setting user to ACK (which is probably just
as useful for that subscriber); or have subscriber add a second (different) subscription address from
the one they post.
