Hello,
 
        I have just started a listserv but am not ready to broadcast it for
activity.
 
        I'm looking for an inexpensive tool to configure my listserv.  I am
runnning Windows, by the way.  My provider gave me a shareware/crippleware
version that costs fifty dollars.  For the amount of activity I expect on that
listserv, that is not cost justified.
 
        Also, is there any online documentation that explains the mechanics of
configuring a listserv?
