What substitions are available for web templates

In the LIST-LIBRARY section of the default.wwwtpl file, several substitutions are mentioned:  &+NOTEBOOK, &+LISTNAME and several others.  Is there a complete list anywhere?  In particular, I like to get at todays date and the identity of the person using the interface.  I'd like to use this information to document (as comments) who created a list and when they did it.
