Subscription is open and the owner is correctly set. However, if I send an
email as follows:

        subscribe [log in to unmask] "New Name"

the next time a message is sent from the list, the sending name shows up as
"New Name".

Thanks.

Joe

Does that mean that you have

SUBSCRIPTION= OPEN

or does that mean that the have updated the list's keyword definition for

OWNER=

?

Only other list-owners or listserv admins can do the latter unless a
password for any of the owners (and/or their email account) has been
compromised.
