Someone please provide me with information on how to create a mailing list
that uses ListServ.  Is it possible for an individual not at a "site" to do
so without access to actual college or government equiptment?  Right now, I
belong to America Online and also connect to the Internet through our library
system's Internet service here in Missouri called Orion.
