Has anyone checked out Lisa Covi's "List Management Tips for LISTSERV
Postmasters and List Owners?" It's not very current, but I still think
that Covi's guide is the absolute BEST guide to basic list management
that I have ever seen.
 
I put a copy of Covi's guide on the Roadmap file server. To get a copy,
just send an e-mail letter to [log in to unmask] which says
GET COVI GUIDE F=MAIL in the body of your e-mail letter.
