I've got someone who subscribed to the list very recently with the following
as their e-mail address:
[log in to unmask]
 
They show up on the list as:
[log in to unmask] William Moulton
and when I do a query using that address I get:
Subscription options for William Moulton
<[log in to unmask]>
 
However, when I sent a message to delete them:
DELETE tarot-l [log in to unmask]
I got the following message back:
Missing parameter - specify a target e-mail address.
 
How do I remove them from the list?
