I am running the Free Edition of LISTSERV(R) Lite for VMS (VMS
V6.2 (VAX)).  I created a WELCOME file and PUT in on the server, but
LISTSERV is still sending out its default weclome message when people
subscribe.  My WELCOME message is there & I can retrieve it via a
GET command, but it is not being mailed out to subscribers.  Is there a
switch I need to set in the HEADER to tell LISTSERV to look for it?
 
Any ideas at all?
