I've responded to Patrick directly. Basically, we're getting overwhelmed with
mail right now, and are rather behind. I've got a new person starting this
week to help get us caught up and current, but in the meanwhile you can send
reports of Internet mail abuse directly to [log in to unmask] and/or myself (at
either address in my sig). Including a copy of the abusive mail will help us
keep accurate records of abuse.
 
If you have been mailbombed, please indicate roughly how many pieces you've
received. Mailbombing is an immediate termination violation, but again we'd
appreciate the information for historical purposes.
