Howdy,

First, I want to thank everyone for the help with setting up the TOPICS
option on my mailing list.  Now that I've got it properly configured,
things seem to be working quite well, aside from getting people to
cooperate by actually using the keywords.

In any event, I was wonder how you go about sending out list announcements
so that everyone receives them.  About the best solution I've come up with
is to set up another topic specifically for announcements and do a QUIET
SET <listname> TOPICS= +<new keyword> FOR *@* before posting them.  If
anyone has any other suggestions, I'd appreciate hearing them.  Thanks in
advance.
