Here's a reply from a user whose attempt to spam a large number of lists
was caught by the new software in LISTSERV 1.8b. Based on his, "I'll do
it if I like" attitude, I recommend you add him to your SERVE OFF filters.

If you do not wish for alleged 'spam'-type messages to appear on your
listserver, please implement a moderator system. Many successful
listservers already employ such a screening method and those who felt my
message was inappropriate rejected it.
Publically accessable listservers are what they are. Publically accessable.
