Multiple Daily Digests Possible?

The SHOtimes-l list (for Ford Taurus SHO owners) has started to top
100 messages per day and yesterday hit 145 bona-fide postings.  Is
there a way to prcoess digests twice daily, so that each one is not so
long and tedious to scroll through for people who get digests?
