I think there might be somethnig to the lower case domain name with
shaw.ca's servers.  While trying to troubleshoot this for some of my
users, I've been able to get bounces by sending from my own servers
(not the List Server) to SHAW.CA but not by sending to shaw.ca.

It is still nonsense though...this is a pretty basic violation of
RFC822, and should have been fixed weeks ago (when we first brought
it to their attention) or earlier.
