The size limit will pose real problems when you deal with
governments. I have one source which sends through huge texts
often 2500 to 3000 lines sometimes much more. The documents
are very important and very well written designs for large
scale changes in the world. They are invaluable and could not
be shortened without being diminished. If someone wanted to
send a word of support or congratulations to your list for
your contribution, this source might need more than 250 lines
from my experience and these notes whether they come from the
United Kingdom or the United States are great morale boosters
for the war weary on the internet.

                        Best regards,

                        Paul.
