Ben? Eric? any of you other great gurus?

First of all, what's the difference between "multipart/mixed" and
"multipart/alternative"? So far it has been consistent with "multipart/mixed"
= MIME and "multipart/alternative" = HTML, but that's as far as we can figure
out.

Second, why can we see "multipart/mixed" using the web archive interface and
only about half the time can we see "multipart/alternative" on the web
interface?

Third, is there such as a NOMIME string that can be added to the Language= line
of the list header? (to prevent "multipart/mixed" as NOHTML seems to have
prevented "multipart/alternative")
