Changing Signoff to say Unsubscribe in ListServ Lite?

I'm running ListServ Lite 15.0 and am therefore not able to access the mail templates.  I was told by ListServ support that I am still able to change the text "Signoff" to say "Unsubscribe".  This would have to be done manually by changing what I believe to be the default.mailtpl file?  I have looked through the default.mailtpl file and am at a standstill on what exactly needs to be changed.  Could anybody help?
