I am wishing to customize the message received by subscribers when they
leave the list.  I know I can use the farewell file in a similar
manner to the welcome file, but what I would like to be able to do is
use the mailtpl file.  I can find no entry in the default mailtpl file
that would allow me to do this.  Is it possible?  TIA
