Add this line to your list header:

* Default-options= Repro

The default setting on subscriptions is NORepro and since Ack= No on your
list, this will set all new subscribers to recieve a copy of their own
posts to the list. Then instruct your current subscribers on how to set
Repro on their own subscription (i.e. send the command 'SET listname REPRO'
to the LISTSERV host) or tell all your subscribers that you are going to do
it for them (SET listname REPRO for *@* PW=XXXXXXXX)
