Those are LMAIL-compatible errors that LISTSERV "understands" and
process by itself. (Upon confirmation if you are using the default
semi-auto delete)

And that is a result of a mail host along the distribution route that
talks to a non-LMAIL-compatible mail host. LISTSERV then list the error
report but cannot act upon it.

They are not different error sources, but different types
1) Manageable by automation
2) Needed a human to figure out the problem

Note that in that category 2) you will find mail loop reject and mail
from "majordomo" user that want to address the list owner so they are
not even all bounces.

If you want to consolidate both categories, you'll need to write a
program that parse the FIRSTNEWS: error from XXX and builds a single
message then delete them. It could be done by filtering them to one
folder than running your program ...

C or PERL could probably do it, good luck ...

You are still going to have trouble with bizarre bounces like the one
from Novell, CC:Mail, Lotus, MIME software, weird UN*X flavors etc ...
etc ...

In any event you will have to handle the "error from" manually, setting
users NOMAIL, DIGEST, INDEX or DELeleting them according to the error
messages and your preferences ... Consolidating the 2 types will only
*add* to your workload without, IMO, significant benefit ...

PS If you succeed maybe you can license the code to L-Soft so
auto-delete would take care of any mail message 8-p , I'm sure many
owners would like that ...
