I've just cleaned all the spam out of my list's old archive notebook logs.
But the current month's (December's) log contains nothing but spam posts, so
I'd like to delete it or edit it to remove the spam. The simplest thing is
to delete it, but if I do that now, in the middle of the month, will a new
December log be started when new posts are sent this month?
