I don't think there is a list-owner or -maintainer LISTSERV
command to do so.
I do know that public lists can be searched for OWNER=
via one of the many sites that maintains the LISTS database
via the using LDBASE techniques
//ListSrch JOB Echo=no
Database Search DD=Rules
//Rules DD *
SEARCH * IN LISTS WHERE OWNER CONTAINS userid@node
index owner.30 list.8 sub.4 title.35
/*
// EOJ
Don't know where a LISTS db is? Here's a LDBASette:
SEARCH * IN PEERS WHERE LISTS Y
INDEX NODE.30
-- co-owner: INFOSYS, TQM-L, CPARK-L, ERAPPA-L, JANITORS, LDBASE-L, et -L
