If you're wary of using TinyURL's preview feature then perhaps an
alternative way around the problem would be to give your recipients a
choice. For example:
Please click this link <http://www.reallylongdomainname.com/with/a
ridiculously/long/and/winding/path.asp?a=that&b=leads&c=to&d=another
&e=stupidly&f=long&g=funtion&h=call&i=and&j=does&k=something
&l=cool>.
If your e-mail client breaks the above link, please click here
instead <http://tinyurl.com/6> and you will be redirected to
the same location.
This way the recipient gets the best of both worlds.
