Subscribers can get the digest version of a list by sending the command
SET listname DIGEST to the Listserv address.  To get back to direct mail,
they can send SET listname MAIL .  To see what alterations the listowner
can make to the default Digest configuration, see the discussion of the
Digest= keyword in Appendix B of the List-owners Manual.
