In  a nutshell,  this  problem is  due  to mistakes  made  by other  site
administrators. There is nothing you or we can do about it.

DATAWEST.NET  has  mailhost.hpdc.com   as  one  of  its   MX  sites,  but
mailhost.hpdc.com doesn't accept mail for them. So, DATAWEST.NET needs to
fix it.

Here it is worse, MCS.NL doesn't accept mail for itself!
