Access to LISTSERV for the address mentioned in the message has been
terminated in one of two ways:

(1) Automatically by LISTSERV because it has received 20 invalid commands
in a row from the address in question. Access can be restored by anyone
other than the affected user sending a "SERVE address" command to LISTSERV.

(2) Manually by a LISTSERV postmaster sending a "SERVE address OFF" command
to LISTSERV. Access is restored when a LISTSERV postmaster sends a
"SERVE address" command.
