When I change Notebook= *,Public to Private, the change takes effect.
However, I once changed Notebook= to No yet the messages kept being archived.
 
(1) Which Notebook parameters are under the control of the list-owner?
 
(2) if I change Notebook= monthly to weekly, will that take effect
directly or is this something that my Listserv maintainer must adjust for me?
