And on  the other hand,  I've seen many  complaints on other  lists about
sendmail  systems that  reject  mail with  "Precedence:" values  sendmail
doesn't have  in its table. This  field is not standard,  and there isn't
even a beginning of an agreement among the unix mail wizards about how it
should really be used. The right thing  to do is modify sendmail to avoid
sending these messages when the return address is owner-xxxx.
